During the interview in 2016, the Morning Show star revealed that her new children’s book, titled Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, was inspired by her rescue dog Clyde. She even brought Clyde with her to the talk show studio, where he made his television debut by joining her on stage with the host. Jennifer explained that the book is about discovering one’s purpose in life, drawing from her own experiences with her beloved pet.

And the trauma from performing as a child has given her a sort of PTSD. 'I get such anxiety when my friends do that to their children. I have inner trauma from having to perform and belly dance in front of my Greek aunts and uncles and grandmothers,' she noted

The emotional distress she experienced from performing as a child has left her with a form of PTSD. “I feel overwhelmed with anxiety when I see my friends making their kids perform. I have deep emotional scars from having to dance in front of my Greek relatives,” she explained. “Let me clarify. It’s not like trying to extract sperm from a salmon. It was quite confusing.” She went on to say, “I simply trusted the woman’s explanation without questioning it. I just went along with it.”

A puzzled Jimmy then tried to make sense of it: “Well, if it’s not that, then what is it supposed to be? I’m not sure.” Aniston then clarified, “I believe it’s supposed to be like a small, delicate procedure similar to micro needling. It involves inserting salmon sperm. Isn’t my skin looking radiant with that salmon treatment?” she joked.
